High Perfomance Neat Cutting Oil

Description
Castrol Ilocut™ 5770 is a high viscosity dual purpose neat cutting oil which is chlorine and heavy metal free. It is
especially formulated with a unique combination of sulphur based EP additives and boundary lubricants to optimise
machining performance, enhance surface finish and lower the overall operating costs.
It can be used in single sump machines and large central systems.

Application
Ilocut 5770 is especially designed for general machining of high alloyed steel, stainless steel and difficult to machine
alloys. It can also be used for broaching and gear manufacture; and for form grinding of stainless and tool steels. It is
also suitable as a stamping and metal forming oil for steel and stainless steel.
Ilocut 5770 contains active sulphur and is not compatible with yellow metals.
