ALBUMIN

(BCG Method)
INTENDED USE:
The reagent kit is intended for "in vitro" quantitative determination of
albumin in serum/plasma.
Mix well and incubate for 1 minute at room temperature,
measure the absorbance of the standard (Abs.S) and

and maintains the osmotic pressure in blood. Albumin also helps in CALCULATION :
the transportation of drugs, hormones and enzymes. Elevated levels
are rarely seen and are usually associated with dehydration. Albumin Conc. (gm/dl) = Abs. T
Decreased levels are seen in liver diseases (Hepatitis, Cirrhosis). X4

LINEARITY :
The procedure is linear upto 10.0 gm/dl. Samples above this

LIMITATION & PRECAUTIONS :
MATERIALS REQUIRED BUT NOT PROVIDED:- 1.Storage conditions as mentioned on the kit to be adhered.
- Clean & Dry Glassware. 2.Do not freeze or expose the reagents to higher temperature
- Laboratory Glass Pipettes or Micropipettes & Tips. as it may affect the performance of the kit.
- Bio-Chemistry Analyzer. 3. Avoid contamination of the reagent during assay process.
4.Use clean glassware free from dust or debris.
SAMPLES: 5.If the reagent is hazy or cloudy do not use it.
