Directions:
Interview one person with a STEM career using the given interview guide questions . Each
member of the group should answer the student reflections.

Interview Guide Questions:

▪ What are the duties involved in your job?
▪ What are the most enjoyable aspects of your job?
▪ What are the challenges you face in your job?
▪ How do you think this job will change over the next decade?
▪ What is the salary range of people working in this kind of job?

THE ORGANIZATION
▪ What is the name of the organization where you work? Give a brief
description of what the organization does.
▪ How many people are employed by the organization?
▪ Why did you choose to work in this organization?

AFTER SCHOOL AND CAREER PATHWAY

▪ Why did you choose this job or the pathway to your current job?

ADVICE
▪ What advice would you give to students choosing their school subjects
now?
▪ What advice would you give to students who want to follow the same
career as you?
▪ What general career advice would you give to students?
Reflection Questions ( to be answered by each member of the

1. Did you find out anything surprising while researching the STEM career profile of
the person you interviewed?
2. Were you inspired by the person you interviewed?
3. What is the most interesting thing that you learned from the person you
interviewed?

WHAT TO DO: ( On the recorded video to be submitted )

Procedure:
1. Form a group of 8 or 10 members
2. Each member of the group will introduce his/her self.
3. Somebody from the group to introduce the interviewee.
4. Interview proper
5. Each member of the group will answer the reflection questions
6. Anyone from the group to close or give a conclusion on the
activity.
