EXHIBIT B - SCOPE OF WORK

I. PROJECT BACKGROUND

PT. Supreme Energy Muara LabohRantau Dedap (“Company”)


is in the process of exploitation of Muara LabohRantau
Dedap geothermal power plant project (“Project”),
located in WestSouth Sumatra, Indonesia. The project
is being developed by PT. Supreme Energy Muara
LabohRantau Dedap (SEMLSERD) and financed by investors
including Asian Development Bank (ADB). Engineering,
Procurement and Construction (EPC) and development
drilling have beenwill be conducted since on early May
2017 2018 and commercial operation date is scheduled
in August 20192020.
In accordance with the Company project requirement for
the accommodation’s power supplypolicy related to
Corporate Social Responsibility, the Company will
build the power supply’s infrastructure forBuilding
and Field of Sports Centercomplete with the supporting
accesories and fixtures inside the accommodation in
Muara LabohRantau Dedap, South SolokLahat Regency,
WestSouth Sumatra on land owned by the Company. In
connection with this, it is necessary work of Design,
Supply & Build of power supply infrastructure called
medium voltage overhead line (Saluran Udara Tegangan
Menengah /SUTM)and Development of Muara LabohNew
Accommodation Camp Sports Center. In this case, the
work of Design of Muara Laboh Sport Center will be
done first.

II. SCOPE OF WORK

The work which shall include in the scope of this


Contract is Civil, Architectural, Structural,
Mechanical and Electrical Designs, Supply, Build &
Testing of Muara LabohRantau Dedap for Sport CenterNew
Accommodation power supply infrastructure (SUTM)
Building (Block-B and Block C Type) in Solok Selatan,
Westand the works will be develop into 2 stages with
the description as follow Sumatra according to
Indonesian national standards with the following
object:

Detail Activities included in the design work are as follow:

include the calculation of Earthquake and Wind loads at the
project site.

geotechnical analysis and soil data on the building site and
its landscape.
Planning of Peeling and Land Acquisition and placement of
excess land (disposal.
Calculation of Road Access Planning and Pavement Road

Mechanical and electrical design which meet standard


includes:
Clean Water Piping System Design
Waste Water Piping System Design
Fire Protection System Design
Other Utility Design required to meet safety and
environmental standards in planning
Topographic data collection and soil structure tests,
including Bore Holes Soil investigation, Soil Core sampling,

III. DESIGN & BUILD WORK SCHEDULE


The services as described above shall be completed
within 20 14 (sixteenfourteen) weeks days after
Proposal of Schematic Design approved and XX4 months
for transporting the containercomplete material and
modification worksupon ITP (Instruction to Perform)
issuance. While the construction supervision work
shall be performed during the Sports Center
construction work is performed by another construction
provider with an estimated duration of 18 months.

IV. PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION
Contractor shall provide a team consisting of at least
:
i. Team leader, having expertise in design and
supervisiosupervision of n of building/camp
acommodation and sports center construction
ii. Civil, and ArchitecturalMechanical & Electrical
Engineering Designer for Building and Sports
Centercamp accommodation Structuresproject
iii. Landscape and Utility Engineering Designer for
Buildings and Sports Center Structure
iv. Technical Supervisor for construction of
building/Camp accommodationproject and sports
center

The team leader shall coordinate all the activities


and responsibilities related to the provision and
performance of services.

V. CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Contractor shall be responsible to make sure that
all the personnel are in good health condition.
Contractor shall submit to the Company a valid
result of medical check-up (conducted within one
year).
b. Contractor shall be responsible to provide
technical drawings including the required copies
during the work execution.

c. Contractor shall be responsible to accompany
building construction bidders during the tender
process for a maximum of five (5) times visit. If
additional site visit is required, the Company
will be responsible for the costs incurred which
costs shall be previously approved by the
Company.
d. Ensure planning results are technically
accountable.
e. Provide standard personal protective equipment
while working at the project site.

VI. COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITIES


a. With approval and direction from Company, Company
will be responsible for the accommodation at
Muara Laboh, transportation from Jakarta to Muara
Laboh, but excluding personnel who perform Survey
Topography and Land Investigation work.
b. Company to provide safety induction to
Contractor’s personnel working at the project
site.
c. As long as it is available and can be provided,
Company will provide data and information
required by Contractor for the work execution
d. Company shall provide access to Contractor’s
personnel during the site visit.

VII. COMPANY AND CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY


During the work execution, all formal communication
shall be made in writing to the relevant persons as
listed below.
