radio broadcasting in Arts!
Looking forward for your active participation in our
discussion today. Relax and listen carefully. Don’t forget to
have this week’s Learning Activity Sheets, notebook and pen
with you. I am Teacher Lovelyn, from Amado M. Quirit Sr.
National High School. Make sure that you are now in a
comfortable place and could clearly hear me. Always keep
your mind alive and alert. Listen attentively, so you can
understand well our lesson for today. Take note with your
question so that you may ask that from your subject teacher.

Introduction of the New At this moment, please get your Arts 7 week 5&6 LAS
Lesson in LAS 1 1 for our first topic today and that will be Characteristics of
Arts and Crafts in Mindanao. I'll repeat, our first topic for

today is all about Characteristics of Arts and Crafts in
Mindanao.
Lesson Proper (Concept Mindanao is the second largest island of the Philippines at
Digest) the southern end of the archipelago.
 5 mins Its culture consists of mostly Muslim/Moro people. It is also
composed of other ethnic groups such as
the Maranao, Tausug, Banguingi and Indigenous tribes
known as Lumads.

Activity 1 task in your Learning Activity Sheet 1. For your activity, you
30 secs have to identify the arts/crafts described in each statement in
