STAKEHOLDERS’ APPRECIATION

An act of kindness and unconditional

love was shown by Ceasario Goleta as he
unselfishly shares his blessing with the lucky
learners of Bula National High School.
Ceasario Goleta was residing at Sagrada
Bula, Camarines Sur. As a resident of the
Barangay he supported and funded 9 students
thru Ceasario Goleta Memorial Scholarship
Program. These are performing learners from
Junior High School and Senior High School
of the said school.

learners headed by Secondary School
