Liladhar Padhya, an inhabitant of Harnaiya 08, Rupandehi, Nepal was working as a full time
employee with Central Park Resort Chitwan, Nepal as a Plumber from to 15th March, 2020 to
till date as per the personnel files and Hotel’s employment record.

During his employment, we found Mr. Padhya to be professional, knowledgeable and result
oriented with theoretical and practical understanding of work requirements. He has successfully
completed many job related training programmes administered by the training department of the
Hotel.

He has a friendly, outgoing personality, very good sense of humour and works well as an
individual or member of a learn as required by the management.
