survey periods.

BBM Canada is currently looking for Junior Conversion Research Clerks

(3 month contract: end of September – end of December with an opportunity for a similar contract in the Spring) 

What You Will Be Doing:

 Assign call letters to tuning blocks in the TV diaries using a customized station and follow business rules and
guidelines
 Send to dialing any discrepancies that cannot be resolved in order to confirm with respondent what they meant in the
diary
 Refer other unusual situations to the Senior Clerk or Team Leader.
 Perform some research on the Internet or use available reference material in order to clarify ambiguous and unclear
entries in TV diaries.
 Alter/correct tuning blocks and/or station names that were incorrectly entered by respondent as required.
 Adhere to internal procedures and established standards

What You Will Bring:

 Minimum High School completion or equivalent

 Good organizational and decision making skills
 Good communication skills to deal effectively with staff within departments to verify call letters or consult on editing
issues
 Ability to operate a computer and related software (100% of the time) printer and photocopier
 Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 Analytical thinking skills required to use well-established procedures to assign correct call letters
 A high level of orientation to detail
 Some knowledge of television networks, stations and programs as well as cable/satellite stations and PVR usage
would be a definite asset
 Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment in order to meet fixed deadlines
