    Sir,

    The drawing is mostly correct.However few changes have been suggested

    Above drawing

    1.The cables from substation to op building shall initially go through a 45 degree bend of the structural tray.This is due to plumbing duct
    and also due to the fact that the foundation of two DG exhaust pipes on the OP building may be made on the ground without any hindrance.

    2.The fire pipes shall follow the pedestal route upto mid of ramp portion of the labour block after which it will be placed on a common
    structural ladder support.

    3.The cable tray for the labour block initial part may also be routed inside the building through the ramp portion.ELV tray also shall be
    above the electrical cable tray in ramp portion and shall run parallel to the electrical tray.Drop shall be made upon entrance to the lobby to
    rack.

    Below drawing

    Manholes shall not be used for ELV.Direct in pipes to destination with draw wires tied at both ends.This is done as ELV is mostly fragile and
    manholes may attract rodents.Bends shall be made using quarter bends available for DWC pipes

    1.Substation to Fire pump room

    2 nos of 63 mm HDPE pipe for ELV(1 for FA,PA and 2nd for data,tel,CCTV)
    2 nos of Hume pipe for electrical -300mm hume pipe (if quantity not available 150)+1 no 150 mm hume pipe spare

    2.Fire pump room to isolation block

    1 no of 150mm hume pipe for electrical.The length of pipe shall be decided after confirming position of elec room in the isolation block.If
    quantity of pipe not available direct in ground laying shall be done for this portion.

    3.Dental block to office block
    2 nos of 63 mm HDPE pipe for ELV(1 for FA,PA and 2nd for data,tel,CCTV)

    4.Main Block to Dental block


    Two number DWC HDPE pipe shall exit the building at 9.3m from the corner i.e. registration room through tray and pipe outside.

    The soil and waste water pipe and related manholes are not as per latest layout.Please superimpose the latest layout issued on Feb 9 by
    Arun ,M(C),HITES.
