It is very helpful for everyone to talk about our mental health because even at the
short period of time, we will be able to know what the status of our mental health was. I was very
happy because the school spare a time for us to talk about our mental health, it is very
heartwarming to know that they care for our mental health. I just learned that it is very important
to us to choose the right battle that we will be facing because your victory depends on your
chosen battle, so choosing your battle is very important because you cannot win a fight when you
do not know anything about the chosen field that you choose. It will only make your life hard.

We need to be aware of anything related to our mental health because mental


illness is not a joke, it is a serious matter that need a medical attention. Our life depends on our
mental health, we cannot function well if our mental health is not okay. There are important
practices that we need to keep in our mind and that includes your self-control, we must control
our moods and our way of reacting to every situation that we are all facing in our daily life and
of course a proper communication with your family and friends play a big role in our life
because having a someone to share your problems with is very helpful, at least at that way you
will be able to express your feelings and you will be able to share your rants, sharing it will
make you feel better but of course we must be careful of whom we share our problems with.
Some people will judge us or make fun of us because they will think that we are exaggerating
things and we are over reacting so be mindful of who you must trust.

Do not over think, not because we are sad means we are depressed and it is okay
not to be okay. Sad days are normal, let’s manage the situation with thinking first. Know to
control your moods and what to react on stress. Never be afraid to ask for help. Ask for guidance
to someone who is more capable of giving a professional mental health advice. Lastly, do not
self-diagnose, what you saw on the internet is not enough for you to self-diagnose, let us seek for
professional help because self-diagnosing will make the situation worst.
