CHAMBER SIZE, FUNCTION & VALVE STRUCTURE

 Aortic root, annulus, arch: Normal in size and appearance.

 Left Atrium: Normal in size. No LA clot seen.
 Left Ventricle: Normal in size, preserved wall thickness with normal systolic and diastolic
function. Ejection fraction was 65%. No LV clot seen.
 Segmental wall Motion analysis: Normal.
 Right Atrium: Normal in size.
 Right Ventricle: Normal in size and systolic function.
 Pericardium: Normal in appearance. No effusion or mass seen.
 Valves: Mildly thickened anterior mitral valve leaflet (Rheumatic).

SUMMARY

 RHD moderate MR.

 Good Biventricular Function.
