 Development Process
Planning
• We gather the requirements from the client and suggest the best possible way for the
implementation.
• We then start with theme suggestions according to client preference.
• A software requirements specification (SRS) is a document that captures complete description
about how the system is expected to perform. It is usually signed at the end of requirements
engineering phase.
• After thorough understanding of all the Functional and Non-functional (design, performance,
security, etc.) requirements we prepare an SRS Document for the clarity to both the parties.

Wireframing
• Wireframing is an important step in any screen design process. It primarily allows
you to define the information hierarchy of your design, making it easier for you to
plan the layout according to how you want your user to process the information

Front End Implementation

• When the Client finalizes the mock-ups then we move on to design individual pages / screens
as per the requirement.
• After the designs have been finalized and approved by the user these designs shall be signed
and frozen by both the parties.

Back End Development

• This phase will cover the whole business logic of the project. It will be worked on by
the back-end team according to the front-end requirements frozen in earlier phases.

Unit Testing
• Process of bringing together the component subsystems into one system and ensuring
that the subsystems function together as a system.

Integration & Cross Device Testing

• A full-scale system testing is done using Automated and manual methods.
• This includes frontend, responsiveness testing, Mobile view testing. The User
experience is also kept in mind so that we can point out any minor changes in UI to
enhance the User experience.
