If I had the opportunity to decide upon the “fate” of the estate, my choice would definitely be

the lake. During the summer, it would be a highlight! We could eclipse a bunch of different
activities all in the same place. Some people could go fishing, some could have a great picnic
on the green grass. A camping zone can also be set somewhere around the place. It could be a
very profiting business.
On the other hand, tough times can’t be avoided. It’s obvious that during the winter the place
will be pretty much desolate. The lake freezes and even if the ice is thick, it’s not safe to have
people skate. Still, as long as the rest of the year is productive, a “lazy” winter shouldn’t be
worrying. It will take a lot of effort, investments and, of course, optimism and ambition. It’s not
impossible.
There will always be highs and lows. Nothing can go 100% well.
