Dear Parents/ Guardians,
This is to inform you that in accordance with the notices sent by the CBSE BOARD
regarding the examinations for Term 1 for students of std X & XII, exams will resume
with effect from 16th NOV’2021. We must continue to exercise caution and follow all
necessary guidelines to maintain a safe , healthy and hygienic environment in school.
We are attaching the Datesheet for TERM 1 BOARD EXAMINATIONS for class XII.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED DURING TERM 1 STD XII BOARD

EXAMINATION

1. EXAMINATION WILL BE CONDUCTED OFFLINE.

2. REPORTING TIME: 10.30AM VENUE: BARASAT Campus
3. EXAM TIME : 11.00 AM TO 1.00PM
4. DISTRIBUTION OF QUESTION PAPER: 11.10AM
5. READING TIME: 11.10AM-11.30AM
6. EXAM STARTS AT - 11.30 AM
7. EXAM ENDS AT : 1.00PM

8. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
● No mobile phones will be allowed inside the examination hall.
● Please carry a transparent pencil pouch with necessary stationery. Black and blue
ball point pens need to be carried.
● It is mandatory to wear proper school uniform during the examination.
● Do not use any unfair means during the examination which will lead to cancellation
of examination.

Students need to adhere to the precautionary measures and guidelines while in school
during the examination period:

• Wear a face mask all the time covering nose and mouth and carry an extra mask, a
smallbottle of hand sanitizer of his/her own.
• Should carry a water bottle. He/ she will not share water bottle/ stationery with his /
herfriends.
• He/she will not attend school if he/she experiences any symptoms of COVID 19.
• He/ she will bring to the notice of the school authorities of any symptoms such as fever,
headache, sneezing, cold etc. if experienced during the course of examination.
• He/ she will maintain social distancing norms throughout the school premises (in the
classroom, corridors,). There should be no crowding near the toilet or in the entry and the
exit points of the school.
• Students should avoid going out of the classroom during examinations.
• Students must use designated stair cases as per instructions given while going to theclass
and dispersal time.
• In the classroom, students must adhere to the seating arrangement and must not changethe
same.
• Students who have travelled abroad within the last 14 days must submit a RTP-CRnegative
report to school.
• Should inform school if any member in the family is infected with COVID 19 unless
theycomplete the quarantine period.
