TOPIC:- ONLINE SERVICE FOR PROVIDING A

PARAMEDICAL STAFF ON DEMAND
Introduction:
We can see a lot of problems for any emergency, medical check up or first aid or regular
bandage etc. Most of the patients need the paramedical staff on their demand who were present
in their home but this facility is not available on their demand. So we can start online service for
providing a paramedical staff on the customer’s demand. It will work on the mobile app which
will available in 24*7 hours. Those who will needed care taker , nurses , healthcare workers so
they’ll book their slot on this app. And after we will provide the staff within the time on their
designation.

Which kind of staff we provide to the customer?

So we can provide a most eligible and trustworthy staff members. Any Interested worker will be
applied in our portal and register themselves. Before choosing any candidate we will filling up
the form of the workers. And we ask all the mandatory things in this form which we want to our
customers like worker’s paramedical id, qualification in related field, experience, mental health
and many more thing which fulfill the customer’s need.

After filling the form, workers will went to their counseling to the doctor who will we hired to
check the all medical things (physical or mental) on our worker and after we give a certificate or
id of the worker. Because in this service most important thing is that we can earn a customer’s
trust so we will provide a most trust worthy workers.

We also keep the ratings on this app. So when the workers done their work then after customer
give the ratings and feedbacks on their worker. It build a morale of the worker and they will
work honestly. And if the worker’s service is not good on their customer So we can exit on
those workers and recruit a new workers.

We can provide a workers in all the possible locations who will reach the customer’s
designation within the time.

Firstly we can start in one city like Agra and we provide the workers all the locations of the
Agra. Then after we have to broad their network.

How the customer paid on the service?

Customer paid the fees on the app according to the worker’s service or work. Before booking the
slot, customer tell that for which work they will want to worker and after according their work
we will charge the fees. And we received a little part of the payment as the form of commission
and remaining part will have to the workers.

Eg; If the customer paid Rs.1000 of the service So we can receive a 20% of the commission
which is Rs.200 and remaining amount Rs.800 will received the workers. It will be motivated to
the workers.
Which Problem will solve on this service?
It will solve a major issue. Home health nurses may assist patients with activities of daily living
such as bathing, toileting, and feeding . Workers keep track of vital signs, carry out physician
orders, draw blood, document the takes they perform and the patients health status, and the
communicate between the patient, family and physician.

Some workers travel to multiple homes per day and provide short visits to multiple patients,
while others may stay with one patient for a certain amount of time per day.

Who will be beneficiary of this service?

Those persons who will not capable to keep the self care.

When the other members will not available on the customer’s home So they will be beneficiaries.
