Dear Sudheer Kumar

MGNCRE is pleased to engage you as Consultant under Unnat Bharath Abhiyaan for working on Project proposals
and fund raising with effect from 8th November, 2021 and to work from the Faculty Development Center at JNV
campus, Gachibowli: -

A. Tasks Assigned:
 To work on the Project proposals under Unnat Bharath Abhiyaan
 To attend to all the related works under Unnat Bharath Abhiyaan and connecting vocational education, work
with skill development programs of Government of India in HEIs across India
 To explore the possibilities of Resource mobilization for the organization
 To submit monthly work done report
B. Payment and Other General Terms: -
1. A fixed amount of Rs.60,000/- per month will be paid and no other expenses or allowances shall be paid. Actual
travel costs, local travel costs, accommodation costs and food expenses will be paid for any outstation engagements,
as per rules.
2. Payment would be made by MGNCRE within 10 working days from the date of submission of the detailed
report on the videos recorded & edited, invoice and other relevant documents, if required.
3. TDS, as applicable, shall be deducted as per the prevailing rates of the I.T.Act.
4. This offer shall be terminated by the Council without any notice if the performance is not satisfactory.
5. You will be working under the supervision of Chairman, MGNCRE for all the academic activities and Member
Secretary, MGNCRE for all the financial matters.
6. You are requested to communicate your consent on the above offer immediately.
