Title: Ecofriendly Production of Bio-char With Rice Husk, Rice Straw, and Coconut Shell as a Substitute Source of Conventional

Heat Energy

Statement of the Problem

This research work aims to produce an eco-friendly Biochar as an alternative source of energy and compare it against the commercially available
liquefied petroleum gas to find out whether it can be a potential substitute. Further, it seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What are the chemical components that could be found in rice husks, rice straw and coconut shells?

2. What are the processes to be done to produce an eco-friendly Biochar as alternative source of heat energy?

3. Is there a significant difference of Biochar and commercial LPG in terms of:

3.1. Economic

3.2. Health

3.3. Technical
