MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MAYURO NATIONAL and SENIOR

HIGH SCHOOL (Grade 7 to 12) AND SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BARANGAY
COUNCIL

1. Parties: This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made and entered unto by and
between MAYURO NATIONAL and SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL whose address is at MAYURO,
Rosario, Batangas and SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BARANGAY COUNCIL of
Bayawang , Rosario, Batangas.

2. Purpose: The purpose of this MOU is to establish the partnership of the MAYURO
NATIONAL and SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL and SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BARANGAY
COUNCIL.

3. Term of MOU: This MOU is effective upon the day and date last sign and executed by the
duly authorized representatives of the two parties and shall be remain effective and in full
force until the program is effective. It may be terminated through a written notice by any of
the parties if some provisions will be desecrated and dishonored by the either of them.

4. Responsibilities of MAYURO NATIONAL and SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: As the

only secondary educational school in this barangay catering both Junior and Senior High
School Programs, this institution is hereby expected to perform responsibilities in partnership
with the Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay such as:
a. Be part and help the Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Council in their programs
and projects related to the education sector and beneficial to the learners of the institution.
b. Communicate well with the barangay council the said guidelines.
c. Motivate the parents and the learners in doing their tasks and activities.
d. Work hand-in-hand with the Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay authorities
achieving the goals of providing quality education even in this time of crisis.

5. Responsibilities of SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BARANGAY COUNCIL OF

MAYURO: Since the school caters learning to the Learners of Barangay Mayuro they
also anticipated to performs some tasks to support and assist the school in its needs to
provide what is necessary for its students such as:
a. Assist the school in its programs and projects for the learners.
b. Assist the school in looking with partners and sponsors
c. Communicate with the school of any concerns and queries regarding the learning
process and its operation that are address to them

d. Assist and support student leaders (SSG) of Mayuro National and Senior High
School in their future programs and projects.

Amendments: Either party may request changes to this MOU. Any changes, modifications,
revisions or amendments to this MOU which are mutually agreed upon by and between the
parties to this MOU shall be incorporated by written instruments, and effective when
executed and signed by all parties in this MOU.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) shall take effect immediately after the signing hereof
and for a period until the Distance Learning Program is in effect.

IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, the parties here to have signed these presents on this _______
day of __________________, 2021 in Rosario, Batangas, Philippines.
