TASK 1
Directions: Answer the following questions.

1. What is a team?

-It is a group of people who work together to reach a

specific goal.

2. What should a team do?

- The team should have cooperation and open to each

other and also sharing their thoughts, opinions, and

ideas with members of their team but they also need

to enjoy every while working.

3. What type of teamwork experience do you want in this

class?

- Functional teams, where members of the same

department work together, are the kind of

collaboration I'm looking for. Prioritize workplace

culture, which is built on the basis of collaboration and

trust. This collaboration will teach us how to organize

our time, allocate resources, and communicate

effectively.

TASK 2
Directions: In 3-5 sentences, explain how are you going to

deal with common difficult behaviour types of co-workers..

The Silent Type

Answer: I am going to ask privately if there's

something wrong to the co-workers and take the time

to learn about what makes him or her work and

sharing an insight about who they do as an individual.

If he or she don't communicate with me as well as the

other co-workers, I won't take it personally instead I

will give them more space and time and also

communicate their thought and feelings.

The Monopolizer

Answer: I'am going to compliment them on their

insight, thank them, and also ask them for practical

insight. Thank them for their contribution and then ask

someone else a question.


WORK I MMERSI ON

The Intimidator

Answer: I'am going to deal with it by communicating

them in a way that they can't hurt and I'm trying to

deal with it by mentally organizing myself for

communication with this intimidator long ahead of

time.

The Nice One

Answer: I'am going to deal with it by showing that I'am

always being proud and appreciate of what they do.

Expressing my support and giving them a good

comments that makes them feel comfortable, happy

and do their work more better.

The Unhappy Camper

Answer: I'am going to deal with it by giving them a

chance to speak and share their thoughts. And I'am

going to confront them privately to ask what's the

problem and I will always monitor the performance of

each to maintain the communication and relation to

each co-workers.
