OPENING OF CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH ( MENTION NAME OF BANK, BRANCH:

"RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY THAT -

1.0. A Current Account in the name and style of “M/s. DESI MEATS PRIVATE
LIMITED” be opened with the CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, Suryabagh
BRANCH, Visakhapatnam (herein after called as “Bank”);

2.0. The Board be and is hereby accorded their approval to do avail of the
Internet Banking Facility with Viewing and Operational Rights and any other
facilities provided by the bank.

3.0. Mr. BOBBILI SRINU Managing director of the company be and is hereby
authorized to sign on the necessary documents to open the Current Account and
to avail and operate the Internet Banking with Viewing and Operational Rights,
on behalf of the Company."

4.0. The Bank be instructed to honour all cheques, promissory notes and other
orders drawn by and all the bills accepted on behalf of the Company whether
such account be in credit or overdrawn, and to accept and credit to the
account of the Company all moneys deposited with or owing by the Bank on
any account or accounts at any time or times kept or to be kept in the name
of the Company and the amount of all cheques, notes, bills, other negotiable
instruments, orders or receipt provided they are endorsed / signed solely
