Title: Delivery riders file complaint vs Foodpanda amid unfair labor practices.
Summary: Riders of Foodpanda suspended in 10 years, Delivery Riders says their
Earnings cut despite demand in deliveries, The riders was suppose to have a
dialogue with Foodpanda mediated by Dole but the Foodpanda didn’t turn up.
Statement of the Problem: Delivery riders in Davao City filed a formal complaint
against Foodpanda after they were suspended for 10 years. They were penalized
for joining a protest to demand higher pay.
Statement of Objectives: The Study aims to report that there’s an unfair labor
happening in the Foodpanda delivery platform about their riders getting
suspended.
