Objectives
Goals Goal description
G1 Knowledge of terms, structures and styles of business letters and necessary English
skills in the business environment
G2 Communication skills through business correspondence, which help students to read,
comprehend, translate and draft different kinds of letters in business activities, such as
inquiries, offers, orders, payments, transportation, insurance, complaints, etc.
