consequence of factors extending beyond an individual's control . Organizational issues are
issues that span a number of departments and units in an organization and affect the entire
organization . Such problems require a team effort . So in this report we will be discussing how

scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand . Water pollution
is the release of substances into bodies of water that makes water unsafe for human use and
disrupts aquatic ecosystems . An organizational roles are a method of providing service
entitlements to person entities within the system and organizations are important components of
social and physical environments and they exert considerable influence over the choices people
make , and the factors in the workplace that could influence health status But in the above
situation we can see that organizational role and role of organization to society is violated and it
affects the different stakeholders of organization in different ways when the citizens start to
protest against the violation of ethical concerns of an organization ( corporate social
responsibility ) . A business cannot function without its stakeholders . Each stakeholder group
has a role to play , and a different level of influence on business operations . primary
stakeholders are employees , the chief executive and board of directors and external stakeholders
are customers . secondary stakeholders are government agencies , suppliers , local communities

market so if the company is suddenly closing down it will make customers to rethink how long
they were buying products from there how much they were affected with that product and if the
organization is recovered but the customers trust to the organization trust on products will be
denied and customers will be not tend to buy any products from the recovered organization

for opening of an organization and they need to check and verify whether all the rules and
regulations are carried out by the organisation or not and verify whether all under construction is
taken place in right way and how their waste disposal is taking place so if citizens are raising
issue on a organization then the government agencies will be brought down on questioning and
ethics to society and citizens are broken there . NGO's are the institutions who struggle for the
preservation of nature . But if the organizational issue is brought up on water pollution but
NGO's are the persons who want to come out and raise this issue but if they are not willing to
come up with this situation their personal ethics and ethics to nature is denied . Suppliers are one
of the factor included in the production function when suppliers brought raw materials only they
can make out a output and also transport output in to different shops or organization so if it not
conducting suppliers will be affected as they cant transport output to different organizations and
will not get wages on it and the organization will shift to suppliers who produce same raw
materials to them . So these are the ways stakeholders are affected and ethical violations are
being done . ETHICAL PERSPECTIVES OF BUSINESS Ethical perspectives are a lens which
help an individual to view a problem . Each person has their own ethics of living . Organizations
are also having ethics in the working of organization as they can shape their organization into a
well ethical organization and also it can check whether the organizations are making decisions in

producing goods in need of customers' choice or satisfying customer needs is one motive . In
organization there is a practise of tiered pricing for different levels of customers at different

life and thus they should be treated with the highest respect and dignity required so in

one . Build an underground waste disposal tunnel which will not affect the groundwater table and
also ensure in a periodic time whether there is any leakage or breakage . If there is any leakage or
break it should be replaced with another one . Ensure that toxic chemicals which affect humans
as well as other creatures are not released to any water bodies or any other surface . Educate
employees about the social and organizational responsibilities and make aware about the causes
of harmful chemicals using and also make awareness to not use any toxic chemicals which
affects life . Volunteering makes a world of difference , so reward your employees who decide to
enroll and volunteer in social programs and also introduce some charitable activities .

ethics are violated within the organization . Based on the analysis conducted it can be concluded
that there are many ways to solve the social issues which affect organizations which help
organizations from closing down and also help from not being a sick organization . And also
helps to identify different problems which are faced by society and problems that occur when
business ethics are violated . By taking a movie as a reference ( here , paippin chuvattile

of the local populace's life , with fights at the community tap a common occurrence , parents
seeing marriage as an escape from this hellhole for their daughters and families from elsewhere
averse to marital alliances with the men of this village . Pandarathuruthu lies a universe away
from the city just on the other side of the lake . It is the sort of place media bosses and politicians
ignore . In this dismal scenario , we meet govindankutty / govutty ( neeraj madhav ) , a
hardworking and resourceful young fellow who earns a living from freelance painting jobs ,
fishing and assignments for his dance troupe comprising loyal youth . Govutty and teena ( Reeba
Monica John ) are in love , but her parents are opposed to the relationship . Paippin chuvattile
praayam is about love surviving overwhelming odds , laughter thriving in a forbidding setting ,
the human capacity fot optimum even when tragedy strikes , and the water wars we should be
prepared for if we do not heed glaring warning signs . Environmental degradation is a depressing
subject , yet somehow , without trivialising the issues at hand . D'silva manages to give his film a
consistently light touch . By foregrounding Govutty's relationship with his buddies and his
romance with teena , the writer - director cleverly ensures that this remains a relatable even if
educative human story rather than an esoteric documentary . In fact , it was clever of the
screenplay to assign dancing as a talent to govutty , since this gives the film the opportunity to
tap madhav's natural skills and makes an important plot point ( involving a citizens' protest )
believable . When govuty's group gets a high-profile platform in the state , the choreographer
gives them impressive moves with just enough rough edges to make them credible as coming
from a team lackin exposure and professional training .
