Preview: please read this email carefully to understand all the logistics for the meeting venue.

Hello SFN group members!

Your training for 10 weeks is scheduled to take place as from Monday 7th February 2022 to
Friday 15th April 2020 at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa.

Below is the information you need for preparation to join the meeting and training thereafter for
the exact location through the car services to the lodging booking.

Meeting Location

The venue is Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa

(This upscale resort, situated along a mile-long stretch of seaside beach along the Gulf of
Mexico, is 2 miles from the boutique shops and restaurants at Baytowne Wharf).

Arrival Time and Departure

Since the training is scheduled to commence on Monday 7th, it will be in order if you arrive on
Sunday 6th prior to the commencement day, to make yourself comfortable and set your mind for
the meeting.

All members are expected to depart from the venue on 16th April by 6pm, unless there will be a
special case that would force you to leave before the stated dates.

Note: if you will have to leave before the expected time and date, let us know to facilitate special
clearance schedule. We would want to leave at the same time for easier clearance and wrapping
up.

Air Travel

The closest airports to the seaside beach are:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Highly preferred)

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport.

Car Services

The hotel has cars that will pick you up from the airport. Note: the pick-up time will be
organized and communicated depending on whether you will be at the airport or Bus stations. Of
course, there are uber and taxi.

Lodging (Book Reservation)

There are plans for booking a common lodging in the hotel but incase one would wish to book a
different hotel due to some personal reasons, there are hotels close to the venue.
