Terms & Conditions

1. Tests I services to be commenced upon official confirmation ONLY, either by LPO or agreement letter or by the signed and
stamped copy of our quotation.
2. The quotation shall form a part of agreement between the client and ACES, abovementioned units of measurement and unit
rates are fixed for entire project duration and not be changed or derived unless mutually written agreement reached between the
client and ACES.
3. Here in client agreed for ACES Payment term and condition according to the credit facility approved by ACES, the exceeding
due to be treated according to ACES policy of payment collection.
4. Any disputed invoices to be highlighted to ACES with in 30 days from the payment term and beyond the particular time period
ACES will not take the responsibility and client has to settle the payment as it mention on invoices.
5. We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of the nation and globe ACES issue one copy of test report, Extra copies of test
results are also available upon request and with the financial consequences abide to our green policy.
6. It will remain the responsibility of the client for any service given by the client at site without prior notice to ACES.
7 . Where relevant, access to the site for ACES technicians remains the responsibility of client unless it is agreed on contract.
8 . Where required, logistics at site should be arranged by client.
9. For non degradable samples such as Manhole cover, GRP ladderletc, client has to return the sample within five working days
from the date of testing and ACES will not take any responsibility or whatsoever beyond this date for tested samples.
1O. We deserve the right to withhold the reports or discontinue the work, if ACES payments are delayed beyond the mutually
agreed credit limit.
