MGK Fight Club (Discovery Bay) / MGK Premier (Central)

Open positions – September 2021

1) Sponsored fighter

Requirements: Have some good fighting experience and results.

Duties: Train minimum 3 times per day + enrol in competitions and represent the team. Be a training partner
for gym members.

Hours: 6 days per week, 3 hours per day training (no coaching needed).

Salary: HK$6,000 per month + free accommodation if needed.

2) Trainee coach/fighter (no experience)

Requirements: None

Duties: Train minimum 3 times per day + taking care of general duties in the gym, opening/closing the gym.

Hours: Flexible shifts (opening/early morning until afternoon, or morning until evening/closing), 6 days per
week.

Salary: HK$6,000 per month + free accommodation if needed.

3) Junior coach/fighter

Requirements: Intermediate experience, BJJ blue belt, MGK grey uniform level, MMA or striking amateur
fight experience.

Duties: Training + coaching + taking care of general duties in the gym.

Hours: Flexible shifts (opening/early morning until afternoon, or morning until evening/closing), 6 days per
week.

Salary: Minimum HK$10,000 per month + free accommodation if needed + bonus up to +100% salary.

4) Experienced coach/fighter

Requirements: Advanced level experience, BJJ purple/brown belt, MGK brown uniform level, good MMA or
striking amateur fight experience.

Duties: Training + coaching + taking care of general duties in the gym.

Hours: Flexible shifts (opening/early morning until afternoon, or morning until evening/closing), 6 days per
week.

Salary: Minimum HK$15,000 per month + free accommodation if needed + bonus up to +100% salary.
 5) Professional coach/fighter

Requirements: Professional fighter, BJJ black belt, MGK black uniform level.

Duties: Training + coaching + taking care of general duties in the gym.

Hours: Flexible shifts (opening/early morning until afternoon, or morning until evening/closing), 6 days per
week.

Salary: Minimum HK$20,000 per month + free accommodation if needed + bonus up to +100% salary.

6) Club manager

Requirements: Business management experience, ideally business school degree. Must be genuinely
interested/passionate about martial arts/fitness.

Duties: In charge of the whole gym management, including HR/accounting/marketing/general

administration.

Hours: Regular business hours + flexible hours depending on the needs of the business management.

Salary: Depending on profile and experience.
