which he possessed to a high level of excellence that we should all strive for.
Openness and transparency can be interpreted as honesty. Your willingness to
express how you feel or think, even if it is difficult. Honesty may be defined as a
readiness to listen and discuss difficulties before the evidence has been well
processed, when potential choices have not yet become definitive, and when
conclusions have not yet been made. It may also be interpreted as keeping
promises, maintaining your word, and delivering on time.
