TECHNOLOGY INVOLVED
Chicken Feeding Machine
-The automatic chicken feeding machine takes
feed from a central hopper or bin out to feed the
birds continuously all day. In place of having to fill
the score of separate feeding troughs, the poultry
man fills just one – the hopper – and does it just
this process once a day. line.

Egg Grading Machine

- Used for sorting eggs into different grade by
weight automatically.

Conveyer
- Conveyor belts are used to move goods
and products that require further stability
or that due to their size; they cannot be
transported using roller conveyors.

TECHNOLOGY INVOLVED
UV Disinfect
-Used to control infections by stopping the
spread of microorganisms from one to another
through the water. When operated correctly,
free-floating microorganisms will be killed by the
UV light. Note that the organisms must be in the
water that flows to the UV sterilizer.

After eggs graded, eggs be put inside a tray.
According to color & size by a transfer machine.

MR50 De-Palletizing
- MR 50 De-Palletiser is capable of de-palletising
pallets of the Eggs Cargo System(ECS) and has a
maximum capacity of 180,000 eggs (500 cases)
per hour.

person in this world consume it.
Like simple machines, egg also
have their own traditional way in
collecting it. People enter the
chicken coop in order to collect
eggs from hen and have
experienced getting bite or else.
As people become more
modernize so the method of
collecting chicken eggs is
developing too. People build coops
for hen and now we can see this
machine which automatically
process eggs from start to end.
This machine is quite useful for
our country since we ate egg
everyday and demand of egg is
high especially during religious
festivals.

to all egg producer but it can boost the productivity
which will reduce the price of eggs.
• Where there’s pro it comes with cons, due to the
reduction of price of the egg, most broiled chicken is
killed due to the feeding price and space.
• We hope this modern machinery technology can be
apply to entire country not only in eggs production
industry, but for another food resources. It can secure
our food security, so every person in country can
always get enough food resources.
