QGQ750 Automatic Paint Spray Filling

Part I: General Description

The automatic line is suitable for all typical aerosol products manufacturing with the feature of
fast speed, high automation, intelligent, stable and reliable. And some working stations are optional
depending on customer’s budget. Main pneumatic parts are international brand such as Feston from
Germany, SMC & CKD from Japan, Metalwork from Italy, Siemens from Germany.
Stainless steel 304 working table panel and stainless steel 316 for the parts that touch solvent
material, fully pneumatic controlled to be sure no any risk of explosion caused by electrical parts,
even motor for the conveyor are explosion proof.
The parts for liquid dosing system and gas metering system are all manufactured by CNC
machine, thus high filling accuracy and stable running performance are available.
The line shape can be straight or U shape or even S shape by curve conveyors based on the size of
workshop from customer.
The speed of the line is 2400-3400cans/hour depending on the filling volume.
Power supply voltage can be according to customers’ actual voltage such as 220V, 380V or 415V
etc.

1. Can arranging machine
Machine function:
The machine is driven by an Ex-proof motor for the cans transportation and positioning, with this
machine, there will be no squeezed cans, blocked cans or inverted cans. The speed can be adjusted
freely and steplessly.

2. Automatic glass ball filling machine
Machine function:
The machine is equipped with a glass-ball filling head which can fill 2-4 balls once, usually share
the same working table with liquid filling machine, the machine will stop automatically if there is no
enough glass balls.

3 & 4. Automatic liquid filling & sealing machine

Machine function:
The machine is equipped with three liquid filling heads, one automatic valve placing head, one valve
position checking head and one crimping head. All the heads can be switched on or off separately.
For the liquid filling heads, there is the feature that no cans, no filling to avoid liquid is poured onto
the working table. The valve placing head inserts valve which is supplied by valve sorting machine
into aerosol cans, this head also has the feature that no valves coming, the machine will stop by itself
automatically to avoid cans with no valves are passed. Additionally there is a head to check and
correct the position of the valve before crimping. Crimping head is designed to seal 1 ” standard
valve to aerosol can. The machine has the advantage of fast and reliable sealing to guarantee that
there will not be any material or gas leakage caused by wrong or failed crimping.

5. Automatic gas filling machine

Machine function:
It is provided with a sealing head, 3 gas filling heads, 2 booster pumps, as well a gas storage tank
with an energy accumulator; full pneumatic control with main parts are imported from Italy or Japan.
It has the feature that guiding devices are provided at both sealing head and inflating heads, reliable
sealing quality, less leakage of gas inflating. Advise: build a filling room, to enhance security and
reduce the risk of explosion.

This machine can weight each aerosol can, and separate those weight are out of specification.

7. Automatic water-bath leak tester

Machine function:
The machine has an explosion proof motor and is equipped with an automatic overload breaker to
guarantee the safety running. The explosion proof electric heating tubes installed in the water tank
can quickly heat up the water to a desired temperature and automatically control the temperature.
The hanging jig is tightly clamped and won’t be dropped off. The machine is attached with the
automatic all-drying device. It can be used for leakage testing for a variety of aerosol products.

Part VI: Payment and delivery terms, packing information & other
remarks
1. Payment terms:
30% by TT for deposit, 70% before delivery.
2. Delivery terms:
30-40 days after receiving the deposit and sample cans.
3. Safety guarantee:
Ex motors are applied for cans arranging machine and the feeding conveyor; the power supply cable
is going through PVC pipes and anti-explosion junction boxes, connected by anti-explosion switch;
the casing is earthed to prevent electrostatic; both liquid filler and inflating machine are protected by
cabinet (stainless steel frame with 4mm annealed glass) to prevent injury due to cans blasting. Advise:
built the filling room specifically for the gas charging machine, to enhance security and reduce the
risk of explosion.
4. Service Guarantee:
Providing easy-broken parts and accessories free of charge for one year consumption.
5. System control:
The main machines including the liquid filler and the sealing and gas filling are completely
pneumatic controlled.
