[1] On November 23, 2021, this Court issued an Opinion in this case reversing and
remanding the matter to the trial court for further proceedings. Appellee, by counsel,
now has filed a Petition for Rehearing of Appellee Roman Catholic Archdiocese in
Indianapolis. In response, Appellant, by counsel, has filed a Response Brief of
Appellant Joshua Payne-Elliott to Appellee’s Petition for Rehearing.

[2] Having reviewed the matter, the Court finds and orders as follows:

1. Appellee’s Petition for Rehearing of Appellee Roman Catholic Archdiocese in


Indianapolis is denied.
2. The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the parties,
the trial court, and the Marion Circuit and Superior Courts Clerk.
3. The Marion Circuit and Superior Courts Clerk is directed to file a copy of this
order under Cause Number 49D01-1907-PL-27728, and, pursuant to Indiana
Trial Rule 77(D), the Clerk shall place the contents of this order in the Record

of Judgments and Orders.
