NARRATIVE REPORT

Day 1

November 12, 2021

On this day, as designated for the virtual orientation our duty exposure through Google Meet
platform, the student nurses were able to meet the clinical instructor for the dury. The clinical instructor
gave instructions to the student nurses regarding the planned activities for the whole duration of the duty.
Attendance was also taken virtually by the clinical instructor to monitor and ensure that all students are
informed with the upcoming activities and ready for their individual duty in their current locations.
