KWAVE SUPPORTER AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into as of the ________ day of ________, 2021, between
KWAVE GO, Inc (“KWAVE GO”), a corporation incorporated under laws of the State of
Califorina and ____________ (“the Supporter”).

1. Independent Contractor. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, KWAVE GO
hereby engages the Supporter as an independent contractor to perform the services set
forth herein, and the Supporter hereby accepts such engagement.

2. Duties, Term, and Compensation. The Supporter must faithfully provide contents and support
services to KWAVE every day. The services will include other affiliated companies' support.
Please check more details on the annex file. This engagement shall commence upon
execution of this Agreement and shall continue until the further notice. As full compensation
for the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, KWAVE shall pay the Supporter at
________ per month.

3. Termination. KWAVE GO may terminate this Agreement at any time by 7 working days’
written notice to the Supporter. In addition, if the Supporter underperformed or materially
breaches provisions of this Agreement, KWAVE GO at any time may terminate the
engagement of the Supporter immediately and without prior written notice to the Supporter.

4. Tax, benefits. KWAVE GO shall not be responsible for withholding taxes with respect to the
Supporter’s compensation hereunder. The Supporter shall have no claim against KWAVE GO
hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits,
social security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, unemployment
insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

5. Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of State of California in United
States.
