Importance of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is very useful in all industries as more research is being done to advance it. The
advancements in this AI tech will be most useful if it is understood and trusted. An important part of it is that
artificial intelligence and related technologies such as drones, robots, and autonomous vehicles can create
around tens of millions of jobs over the next decade.

The building is energy efficient,
as it uses a range of technologies
to radically reduce energy use in
its daily operations. This is
achieved by isolating the building
to achieve maximum efficiency,
installing smart air flow solutions
to reduce the need for heating,
and heat recovery solutions for
air ventilation and gray water
(wastewater from all sources
except toilets), using sea water
for heating and cooling and

electrical. Daylight conditions are
improved throughout the building
design and the use of artificial
light is kept to a minimum.
Atrium allows daylight to flow into
office space and laboratories.
Daylight is permitted to enter the
building on each floor and gives
people who work a wonderful view of
the city. Reduces the amount of
industrial light needed inside the
building. Large glass windows and
open spaces create a comfortable
and attractive work environment.
