Application Surface Preparation:

Instruction All surfaces should be clean and free of all dirt, oil, grease or any other
compounds. Do not cover expansion joints with mortar.

Mixing:
Take water in the container and slowly add the powder into the water
while mixing by hand or slow speed mixing machine. Mix for 3 to 5
minutes till a smooth & thick mix without lumps is obtained. Use
mechanical stirrer for best coverage results.
Do not mix any other materials with Fixup Block Bond.

Application:
Place the mixed mortar on the block work in thin layers of 2 to 3 mm (or
as required by engineers at site) using trowel and place the next layer of
blocks on the mortar. Keep joints between the blocks as required by the
site engineers and fill the joints with the mixed mortar, using a trowel.

Cleaning:
Clean tools and containers with water while mortar is fresh.

Coverage Approximately 100 Sq. Ft. of the wall in 4" thick wall of AAC Blocks

Shelf life 24 months from manufacturing date if stored properly in original sealed
and undamaged packaging in cool and dry conditions.
Protect from humidity.
