Job title : Training Manager
Reporting To: HOD – Training Department: Training Department
Location: BVG Training Institute, Sagar Complex, Kasarwadi, Pune. (As Applicable as per the Requirement)

Job Purpose:

To manage the training activities, planner, calendar, budgeting etc. involving training delivery services of
the department and implement all scheduled training courses to improve quality of work and brand
image of the organization within all regions as and when required.

Responsibilities (Detail Description of Job)

1. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual
performance appraisals and consultation with line managers to support TNA effectively and
efficiently within all regions.
2. Coordinate with regional heads for their training requirements.
3. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and
expectations of organization as per the best industry practices.
4. Create training materials. Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations as per the course
and training requirements.
5. Create testing and evaluation processes for down the line staff and training participants.
6. Managing the delivery of technical training and development programs and, devising a training
strategy with in different sectors running under the organization.
7. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with
relevant managers and plan necessary training courses.
8. Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the
work environment.
9. Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one
basis or in groups
10. Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this
research.
11. Prepare and implement training budget.
12. To conduct trainer the trainer Program to update them about technologies and training
methodologies.
13. To ensure the proper record and document keeping of each and every trainees and course.
14. Ensure the no frills training as and when required as a part of cost efficiency and saving.
Qualification:

Hotel Management / Graduate with relevant experience in Facility Management and required area.

Work Experience: Min: 08 Years, Max: 10 Years

Productive Norms:

To Support in Quality Improvement and developing Job Knowledge of Employees resulting in


increasing productivity and skills for routine job.

Other Equivalent role in Department:

To monitor training related expense including Instructors simultaneously ensure the quality output.
To coordinate with payroll department, HOD’s and site In Change(s) for new joiners as well as old
employees for nominations of training and preparation of training plan accordingly.
Coordination with audit, Regional heads Management and relevant departments for training
evaluation and training need analysis.
Additional Skills:
Basic computer knowledge, Communication skills, Motivating Skills, Team Player, Leadership skills
and technical knowledge of overall operations within industries, corporate sector, hospitals and
hotels & other relevant areas will be an added advantage.

Job title : Deputy Manager – Training
Reporting To: Manager– Training Department: Training Department
Location: BVG Training Institute, Sagar Complex, Kasarwadi, Pune. (As Applicable as per the Requirement)

Job Purpose:

Handle the given region and make the proper TNA to achieve expected results, to manage the training
activities, planner, calendar, budgeting in coordination with training manager. Ensure the proper
training delivery services and to ensure the implementation of all scheduled, training courses to improve
quality of work and brand image of the organization as and when required.

Responsibilities (Detail Description of Job)

1. To support training manager in all aspects of training department.


2. Handel the given region properly and to implement the training plans keeping in mind the cost
saving efforts.
3. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual
performance appraisals and consultation with line managers to support TNA effectively and
efficiently.
4. Ensure, draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs
and expectations of organization as per the best industry practices.
5. Ensure Creation of training materials. Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations as per
the course and training requirements.
6. Ensure, Creation of testing and evaluation processes for down the line staff and training
participants.
7. Ensure, managing the delivery of training and development programs and, devising a training
strategy for the organization.
8. Ensure proper Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and
discussions with relevant managers and plan necessary training courses.
9. To get proper approvals from HOD to amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to
adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
10. To solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
11. Ensure the impartation of new & emerging technologies and methodologies for training
activities.
12. Check, verify and present appropriate training budget.
13. Plan Train the trainer Program to update the staff about technologies and training
methodologies as per best industry practices.
14. To ensure the documentation and retention of record and documents.
15. Promote no frills training as and when required as a part of cost efficiency and saving.

Qualification:

Hotel Management / Graduate / MBA with relevant experience in Facility Management and
required area.

Work Experience: Min: 08 Years, Max: 10 Years

Other Equivalent role in Department:

 Meticulously monitor training related expense including Instructors simultaneously ensure


the quality output.
 To coordinate in his / her region and its staff to ensure the smooth operation of taining
department.
 Called / attend meetings with audit, Management and relevant departments for training
evaluation and training need analysis for any possible improvements.

Job title : Assistant Manager Training (sanitory inspector)
Reporting To: Training Manager Department: Training Department
Location: BVG Training Institute, Sagar Complex, Kasarwadi, Pune. (As Applicable as per the Requirement)

Job Purpose:

To Deliver Training and implement all scheduled training courses to improve quality of work and
brand image of the organization for medical staffs.

Responsibilities (Detail Description of Job)

1. Examine and inspect public establishments, ensuring each is in compliance with public
health regulations and laws and prepare training modules accordingly.
2. To ensure primary trainings and follow-up inspections of public establishments to ensure
compliance with sanitary codes. 
3. Ensure and facilitate scheduled and training delivery plans as per NABH, JCI and ISO
protocol (If required)
4. Support customization and amendments of modules as per NABH, JCI and ISO requirements
based on best industry practices.
5. To provide detail knowledge of BMW, spill management, infection control, hygiene
measures and other relevant informations.
6. To help PCA, HK workers, nursing staff to understand about the importance of healthcare
and hygiene practices and to obey the guideline made for safe work environment.
7. Assisting training manager to fulfill organizational / Training department requirements
within hospitals and industries and to achieve the training targets if any.
8. Engage and influence units (Ops) in driving Training and Development initiatives as per TNA.
9. Engage units (Ops) to co-create Training and development programs/plans as per the
requirements if possible.
10. Design, Plan and execute specific unit (Ops) requirements including medical staff Training
need analysis is the continuous activity.
11. Coordinate with Site Supervisor / IC / Managers / units Heads (Ops) for training needs at
site levels as and when required.
12. Provide inputs for development/enhancement of modules as per the hospital and industrial
requirements.
13. Ability to support multiple types of trainings in the all regions based circle(s)
14. Help trainees to feel mentally and physically comfortable with the training process and to
solve their personal as well as job related problem in certain extended to achieve course /
management expectations (If So)
15. Coordinate and support and train instructors with necessary information required for
delivering on job training and its reports / records and documentation.
16. Preparing MIS for region wise circles assigned, and ensure the timely submission to HOD
units (Ops) / Payroll / HR and concerned department for further course of action.

Qualification:

Sanitary inspector diploma/ DMLT with relevant experience in Healthcare sector or relevant areas.

group and individual classroom dynamics

5. Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and
practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
