Addressing Challenges in Classroom Observation in the
New Normal

I. INTRODUCTION

Improvement usually means doing something that we have never done before.
Continuous improvement is part of our professional growth. When we are willing to
improve it means we are willing to learn and to be better every day. Improvement is part
of our professional career to attain quality education.

Because of the pandemic, all the teachers are eager to improve their teaching
styles to deliver the lessons very well. There are so many teaching methods that we can
learn and apply in this new normal. Because of the changes that happened, this online
LAC session will help the teachers to improve their professional development.

As an institution that continuously improves its teaching excellence Abuyod


National High School conducted its Online LAC Session via Google Meet on Addressing
Challenges in Classroom Observation in the New Normal Education.

II. OBJECTIVES

This aims to support the continuing professional development of teaching


personnel to hone and to capacitate their potentials to improve teaching and learning
outcomes based on the principle of lifelong learning especially in this New Normal Set
Up.
