1. Strategies of Listening (15 points)
What strategy of listening did you apply in answering the Listening Exam – Recording 55 & 59? Why?
I think the most important lesson that i've learn in listening of strategies that i would applied on recording 55 and
recording 59 was; First, Remove Distraction,because its makes you focus to the lesson. And easily to understand the
delivery of speaker to the listener. Second Empathize,As a listener we need to understand what we says in the
lesson and speaker says. Finally , Be Patient is an important aspect of listening because in order to understand you
must patiently listen and focus on the speaker in order to accurately comprehend the things that the speaker is
enunciating, and we may misunderstand the speaker due to accent differences.
We should always listen because listening is a way to enhance our understanding, communication
and creativity . Through listening we'll be able to learn, adapt, and share knowledge with particular
