Executive Summary

Evertop realties marketing department is taking strategic steps to increase the

revenue of the company in the year 2023 by engaging in vigorous storm
marketing and deploy digital marketing through from January to December 3,
2023 business year

Objectives
1We project to ace marketing activities this New Year by engaging in strategic
planning and have a well lined up activity thereby set annual target of 4 billion
naira.
2 To improve brand visibility through marketing activities
3 To build strong commitment of marketing team member to total
customer satisfaction

Buyer Persona
Owning a home is one of the fundamental human right, the social dynamics of the Nigeria economy
system with speculations in real estate industry has positively driven interest in owning a land and
build home from ground up and has pride buyer to achieve stability when own one. Hence, this drive
us to work in line with mission of the organization to provide outstanding services and establish
the company, Evertop Realties, as the preferred real estate company within the industry by
helping our clients achieve and meet their choice of real estate dreams with the highest
degree of professionalism and trust. We would do things differently to focus more on the
high income earner

Target Market
Our buyer’s persona will focus on all social class but stream lined towards working class, business
persons and diaspora market.

To achieve this, we envisaged to adopt the following strategy

Digital marketing

Cooperate marketing

Radio/Advertisement

Our itinery would be storm marketing to medium income earner while we leverage on social media
as a tool to capture diaspora market. We thereby propose the following activities be considered

Strategy
This starts with the training of the marketing persons to sharpen their skill and ace the
marketing game

The following tools are required to be provided by the management.

Sound Vehicle,

Telephone for follow up,

Fliers, monthly allowances for call cards,

Detailed branding of the vehicle and increased visibility

Monthly subscription to Nigeria property center, property pro to list all our estate. This should be
done religiously as we pay for all our monthly subscription
