PLAN OF ACTION RESEARCH

1. Aishwarya Sharma:

Associated with many organizations and movements such as: worked on various projects
with multiple fashion brands and NGOs including Gucci Equilibrium, Help Age India, WDC,
Save Rural India, Mahendra Singh Foundation, Amari Foundation, Fragile X society. She has
recently joined hands with the United Nations & #TogetherBand to work on ‘reduced
inequalities’ and to sensitise people.

 Mahendra Singh Foundation works for acid attack medical support and medical
assistance, we can take forward our medical campaign through their support and Ms.
Aishwarya Sharma can surely help us reach their doors.
 Amari doesn’t have a huge audience but, since their cause is similar to ours we can
surely look for promotions and collaborations such as online workshops and 2
minutes’ awareness.

2. Shazma Raza Khan

 In a few meetings and calls she mentioned having her company where she teaches
English and other activities and after the Smile Ambassador Ceremony meet she
mentioned if any of the survivors would like to join her and she could teach them that
stuff.
 Making videos by her and her sister visiting the new Sheroes 2.0 after it’s
establishment can also be considered.
 the_bajis their fashion label, we can ask them to conduct a workshop with our
survivors such as Madhu ji who has an interest in boutique and more such survivors
who wish to open such boutiques.

3. Trishala Lakhani

 Since she knows quite a few people, as she mentioned in a few meetings from the
education department and that she can also give her insights as a model to our
survivors who have done quite a few ramp shows.
 She mentioned knowing people from the hospitality industry as well and they can
conduct workshops with our survivors working in the café.

4. Sanya Sharma

 There were talks about her and IIW’s collaboration for Sheroes and she mentioned
she can talk to the team about that so we can definitely pursue that option.
 When the Diwali Campaign was introduced to her, she mentioned planning some
fundraising galas and events where all the amount raised would be transferred to
Sheroes.
5. Roopashree Jeevaji

 Collaboration with Tina Tandon is currently on-going and all the ideas have to be
discussed for the uniforms.
     https://www.etsy.com/in-en/?ref=lgo (HCETSY.com) for employment opportunities
was suggested by Miss Roopashree where survivors who are good at anything
creative(handicraft, embroidery or textiles or anything) can make stuff and it can be
put up at this website for employment opportunities.
 KIVA(website)https://www.kiva.org/ was suggested by Miss Roopashree which does
micro funding where we basically enable survivors or people to work instead of just
helping them so it creates a strong society.
 Since she is a part of “Women’s Voices Now” we can collaborate with them in the
form of a workshop or an event as it is a US based organization the workshop/event
would be recognized on a much larger scale.
