Business continuity plan is to make sure that business will continue to operate during
an un planned disruption in service.
A business continuity plan has three key elements,resilience,recovery and
contingency.There could be different issues that can prevent me from doing day to day
business. It could be bit not limited to severe weather,petrol shortages,vehicle breqk
down ,lack of staff.
In case of any thing above happens,I will make sure that I have alternative
arrangements in place like alternative vehicle,covering Escort etc
As a sole trader I am fully responsible to deal with business continuity in my business.
