 INTRODUCTION
DNT Power was established to produce renewable energy like solar and
windmill from electromotive mechanical magnetic force to have 24 hours
power supply uninterrupted without any pollution and any Fossil fuel.
It’s a greenfield power project under “WHITE CATEGORY” on a
medium/large scale which can be set up anywhere without any hindrances.
Its main fuel is magnetic fields and control of back EMF with PCB.
This Project Cost is the lowest of all other different types of Power Project
costs and the lowest power generation cost. This project is far better than
Solar and Wind Mill Energy as Renewable Energy.
The Alternator is completely different from the conventional Alternator
manufactured by the companies. The back emf is controlled in a modified
alternator within build PCB and high sensitive censors chips which
manages the drag back emf from stopping rotor in rotation (as per Lenz
law).

•Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tolwala AND Mr. Mangesh Devi are the Promoters of the firm
DNT POWER a Partnership concern that will be incorporated as a Private Limited
company soon.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Promoter has a trading business experience of 15 years
and had done freelance job work as an Electrical mechanic for 20 years and is
a well-known business family. Due to his experience, the company proposes
to manufacture/assemble all special types machinery by own in companies
back yard itself by procuring the raw materials of special designed and spare
parts. By self-manufacturing and setting the Power Plant will protect/secure
the Technology and safe Guard Intellectual Property rights (IPR).
Mr. Mangesh Devi is an MBA Graduate who has a jewellery business in
Satara.

This Technology is developed by us in pursant of Pollution, Climate change
and Green Gas effects.
This Technology works on Magnetic Fields as natural resources.
The Main Fuel for this Technology is Magnetic Fields. The Negative electrons
are excited of earth magnetic field to attract Positive Eletrons in Generator's
coils. The Postive electrons are drawn from the coils as power with controlled
back EMF by high senstive cencors chips which are embedded & pre-
programmed in a PCB
This Technology is a Renewable Energy Sector which is subsidies.
This Technology can be scaled to unlimited Power Production in Gigawatts
under one Roof.
This Technology is a good replacement for Thermal Power, Nuclear Power,
Solar Energy & Windmill for high cost.

DNT POWER (Distribution & Transmission) is a partnership concern that is
under incorporation as a private limited company. Once the Approval or
intent or term sheet is issued from the investors or Financial institutions all
legal formalities will be completed.
There will 2 companies incorporated one as a power generating company
to safeguard invention protect/secure the Technology and safe Guard
Intellectual Property rights (IPR) and the other as DNT POWER (Distribution
& Transmission) which will buy power from the generating company at Rs.
1.00/KW and sell online at Rs. 3.50/KW. DNT POWER (Distribution &
Transmission) will have investors and debts as equity & loans.
DNT POWER (Distribution & Transmission) will lend the money raised to the

generating company to set up the plant as a non-recourse loan and without

interest.
