5. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
The activity aims to;

1. Enhance teaching capacity of teachers in times of pandemic through integration of technology;

2. Learn different approach in teaching in times of pandemic
3. Conduct Classroom Observation for Teachers as part of their performance review.

7. OVERVIEW AND RATIONALE:

The COVID19 Pandemic has changed the face of education forever. As we continue to battle this
pandemic, there are many challenges that arises in our midst. With this pandemic on-going, the teachers have
combined the high tech and the low-tech approaches to help teachers better support student learning. Last year,
we struggle a lot thinking of ways on how to explain a certain topics to our students, somehow, with collaborative
efforts of the Department of Education and with plenty of online courses for free and up for grabs to help us
elevate and learn new things, we survive. As we go along this school year, we have more to learn and to discover
about ourselves and unlock our abilities to better understand the process of our new approach in educating the
future of our motherland – our students.
