CHAPTER I: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Name of the Project

HydroPure Water Refilling Station

The name of the project that we have come up with which is “Hydro” is derived from the word
” Dihydrogen Monoxide” or H20 (Chemical formula) which means “water” and the connecting
word “Pure” means that it is clean and purified. To add that up, it means “Purified Drinking
Water”.

Description of the Industry

HydroPure is a service industry, selling and delivering purified water to residential
apartments, workplaces, schools, and homes. Water refilling station company supplies buyers
in our target location with convenience. It will also provide job possibilities for the residents .
We will ensure that we only recruit people that are competent, honest, diligent, customer-
focused, and eager to work to help us establish a successful firm that will benefit all
stakeholders (the owners, workforce, and the customers).

Decription of the Project

HydroPure is a licensed and standard water refilling station. We will ensure that our water station
will be established in of best quality to provide the finest quality of purified drinking water. We made
sure that our business is governed by the law of agreement.
The high demand of clean water or a safe drinking water made us think of having this kind of
business. While adhering to national cleanliness regulations, our water station provides less expensive or
affordable sources of clean, drinkable water than traditional sources such as bottled mineral water
purchased at supermarkets. Furthermore, as the cost of household water filters continues to rise, we
believe that domestic consumers are more likely to rely on sources such as our water refilling stations.

The primary goal or objectives in establishing HydroPure Water Refilling Station are:
  Acquire the required equipment for the operation of a water replenishing station, as well
as trucks to transport water to our customers.
 To improve the different steps in water filtration in order to maintain the greatest level of
water purification.
 To meet the demands of our customers through an efficient delivery system and a prompt
response to their orders and inquiries.
 To keep current customers loyal and to recruit new market segments.
 To maintain the company's profitability and to expand into new markets.

Location of the Project

HydroPure Water Refilling Station will be located at Zone 6 Mahigalaon, Brgy. Bulatok,
Pagadian City.
We believe that establishing a water refilling station business in this area could really
contribute a great help not just to the people in this barangay but also to the neighboring
barangays or even the whole Pagadian City that are willing to try and buy our purified drinking
water.
