Hi,

How are you? I had a great time at the camp and I hope that you are feeling better now.

Firstly, my favourite activity was the quizzes and games. I loved this activity because it
helped me to befriend with my team members who I have never met before. With that, I have
more confidence in making new friends.

Secondly, I did not like the idea of sharing tents because we have to share it with three people
and there were not much space for me to move around. As a result, it was uncomfortable and
I did not get a good sleep.

Lastly, I will not be able to join you in the next camp as I have already joined the previous
camp.

Firstly, I would suggest you to live in Bangsar which is a residential area outskirt of
Kuala Lumpur. There are a lot of exciting things to see and experience here.

Secondly, the public transportation here is easily accessible. You can get around
Kuala Lumpur by train, bus and taxis. Public transport here starts at six o’clock in the
morning and ends in midnight.

You can meet my friends and I am sure that you will meet new people at your
workplace. You can try joining the environmental club if you want to meet some locals.

I am writing with regards in connection with a problem about a camera which I recently
bought.

On 20 November 2020, I purchased a Nikon DSLR camera from the ‘Lotte Duty Free’ store
at Incheon International Airport on my way from Seoul to Kuala Lumpur. The camera cost
500,000won and I paid it on my Visa credit card.

When I arrived to my accommodation in Kuala Lumpur almost 10 hours later, I realized that
the charger for the camera was not included in the box. The space in the box for the charger
was empty.

I am now in Kuala Lumpur and I am not returning to Seoul, so I need to have the missing
parts here. As you are a representative of the company in this country, I will be grateful if you
could have the parts sent to me. I have attached a copy of the receipt with this letter for your
information. Thank you in advance for the help you are able to offer.

development of a shopping centre near where I live.

As a resident who have been living in the area for 10 years, I am very surprised as it has been
a quiet place with very few tall buildings. I think this shopping centre will bring in a lot of
benefits to our residential area.

I would like to request for further information about the dates of the planned building work
and the size of the centre. I hope that car park will be provided as some residents are

my brother who just got into an accident. I am in the second year of my post graduate
program in Accounting.

The accident took place just a few kilometres away from my house in Taman Sentosa. His
motorbike slipped causing severe injuries to his arms and legs. He has been treated in the
hospital and the doctor advised him to take complete rest for at least one week. With that, I
will need to help him out during the week off.

I would be grateful if you could consider my request and grant me permission to take a week
