Evosys follows the Two-Tier employment model. It consists of two types of entities, which are work

Q6. Why companies go for multiple legal entities in a common jurisdiction?

Answer:
 A multi-entity strategy typically involves two different types of entities. The first is an operating
company and the second is a holding company. The operating company has access to, and usually
ownership, but not ownership of the assets. The holding company owns the assets but does noth-
ing else. This is beneficial because if the operating company assumes legal liability as part of its
business operations, it becomes very difficult for anyone to gain access to the holding company's
assets. it can continue to be operated after court proceedings have been resolved, since the assets
are protected since the operating company bears the entire risk.
