Job Description Summary
The Project Management Engineer is in charge of handling critical projects through developing
project plans and spearheading team performances to ensure on track progress of key deliverables.
Responsibilities
Job Description:
Spearheads major projects focusing on operations and lead team players on achievement of
key milestones.
Assist in the establishment of Project Management Office (PMO) ideals, standards and
operational system adoptive to Maxim principles and corporate goals.
Leads regular discussions with both local & offshore team players to ensure project deliverables
are on time.
Communicates to key players within and outside MPOC organization such as Headquarters,
Assembly, Sales & others in order to properly cover requirements within the project scope.
Reports progress to management and PSC.
Closes the loop of communication with stakeholders (Project Steering
Committee) and upper management in alignment with the scope and direction of each project.
Upholds the standards of the project management organization.
Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is
observed and performed
