The Project Management Engineer is in charge of handling critical projects through developing
project plans and spearheading team performances to ensure on track progress of key deliverables.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

 Spearheads major projects focusing on operations and lead team players on achievement of
key milestones.
 Assist in the establishment of Project Management Office (PMO) ideals, standards and
operational system adoptive to Maxim principles and corporate goals.
 Leads regular discussions with both local & offshore team players to ensure project deliverables
are on time.
 Communicates to key players within and outside MPOC organization such as Headquarters,
Assembly, Sales & others in order to properly cover requirements within the project scope.
 Reports progress to management and PSC.
 Closes the loop of communication with stakeholders (Project Steering
 Committee) and upper management in alignment with the scope and direction of each project.
 Upholds the standards of the project management organization.
 Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is
observed and performed

Requirements

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering


 Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form.
 Capable to establish effective working relationships with various levels of workforce in the
organization and has the influence to drive team players to actions & commitment.
 Skill in Microsoft Office especially MS project and Share point will be an advantage.
 Above average large group presentation skill is preferred.
 High potential leader with planning skills, sound judgment and capable to handle extended
work hours as needed to support critical deliverables.
 Has the capability to organize complex details/data and be able to present those in a simplified
form for enhanced comprehension especially for management level.
 Project management certification/relevant trainings are key advantages.
