company will plan ahead of time for this difficult period, preventing delays and missed deliveries. Planning
helps FedEx to identify goals clearly and what to do to achieve it. When FedEx has a plan, it gives the
organisation direction and brings people together to achieve shared goals. It's easier to handle time and
