AN INTRODUCTION
TO FINNITY
Finnity: The Finance Society of Motilal Nehru College is a student-to-student
initiative that aims to impart financial knowledge and create inquisitiveness in the
minds of the students. We aim to make students more indulged in the financial world
and enable them to become informed individuals equipped with imbibing financial
skills who are able to play a greater role in this global village. We plan to conduct a
wide range of events throughout the year such as speaker sessions, informative
seminars, brainstorming, case study competitions and many more events. We also
plan to organize annual fests that would witness enthusiastic participation on a
university scale. We also intend to spread awareness about various professional
courses and investment opportunities among the students of our college.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
RESEARCH DEPARTMENT
Responsible for the research and development of educational
content for society’s social media handles, website, newsletter etc.
It will help students to develop a deep understanding about the
world of finance and beyond.

LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT:
Its responsibility includes brainstorming for new ideas, presentation
of content created by the research department, managing
webinars/events & backend operations. Professionalism and spot
management flows through the members here.
SOCIAL MEDIA
DEPARTMENT
Responsible for managing the social media handles of the society.
Social media has strongly influenced the people and the whole world.
We are totally dependent on technology and social media that one
cannot even imagine living without it. From making connections
through worldwide connectivity, from online businesses to digital
marketing, from creating brand loyalty to awareness, social media has
tremendously affected our lives., therefore engaging there remains a
priority. CORPORATE RELATIONS
DEPARTMENT
Corporate relations department handles promotions and public relations
for the society.
It helps the society to maintain positive relationships with sponsors as
well as other societies and are tasked with developing and improving the
image and reputation for the society.
The responsibility of being a member is to manage and maintain
relationships with corporates , outsiders and getting sponsors for the
various events created by the society
TRAINING AND
EDUCATION
DEPARTMENT
This Department includes volunteers from all four
departments. Its primary objective is to create a structured
course on stock markets and related things under the
society’s learning initiative. The students will have a
broader understanding among the industry and will be able
to see the world from a better perspective.
 A stop for intellectual, analytical and witty brains.
