The India Benefits Portal is designed with smart and interactive features to give HCLites a highly insightful view of their enrollments, entitled
sum assured and premium calculation to enable them to make informed decisions with regards to their dependent declaration and plans opted.

o You can start the enrollment process either by

clicking on the “INITATE ENROLLEMNT
PROCESS” tab. While if already enrolled under
the policy, click on a specific tab to
view/perform desired action.

o This is the detailed informative tab for Medical

Insurance coverage where you can see your
dependents details like:

▪ Enrollment status
▪ Percentage of premium contributing
▪ Annual premium amount
▪ Prorated premium amount based on coverage period (If
applicable)
▪ Coverage Start & End Date
o You also get a view of Total Premium calculation

where:
▪ Premium amount as per compensation letter
▪ Total premium percentage & premium amount based on
dependents declaration
▪ Premium amount payable/recoverable annually & monthly
o Please validate premium calculation before

proceeding with declaration.

GHMI - Add Dependent
o Using the same page you can add your

dependents by clicking on “+ADD DEPENDENT”
tab.
o All mandatory fields are highlighted in red

o Incase of mid-term addition of family member

▪ You can VIEW your existing dependent details.
▪ You are enabled to EDIT existing dependent
details.
▪ You are enabled to DELETE dependent already
added.
o Necessary pop-ups are enabled to help you
