Know Thy Numbers!
Even Though Everyone Knows They Are Wrong

Investors Want To See:

- You know your numbers
- For most businesses, what is your LTV/CAC ratio?
- (Lifetime Value/Client Acquisition Cost)
- You base your financial plan on well thought-out, reasonable assumptions
- Your model gives confidence that you can reach your goals for success
- You are very aware of, and focused on confirming, the most sensitive assumptions
- You have a model that can be tracked
- You can adjust and pivot your model pretty easily
- You consider “cash flow” and not just “profit/loss”
